(Oct-Dec) Short Let - Double Bedroom in BOW - 5mins to station in Mile End, Gloucestershire for sale

NOTE: This is a 2-month short let (early Oct to around 4 Dec 2016). Move in/out date can be flexible. Current flatmates (who have lived here for 2 years) are all moving out at in December for work reasons but it is still possible to renew directly with agent after that (if you find your own housemates). Rent: £640 is for a single person (preferably a girl) and will be £750 if for a couple. Bills not included. I'm letting my bedroom in a four-bedroom house in Bow from the beginning of October 2016 to beginning of December 2016 (when the contract finishes). If you want to stay after that, you will need to find new housemates and renew with the agency. The room: It's a double room on the ground floor with the window facing the back garden and away from the main road - so it's normally quiet (you can hear the DLR but it's not too noisy). The room has a double bed, shelves, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers. The house: The house has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (oven, hobs, washing machine, fridge etc.), a toilet and a bathroom with shower and tub. Everything is downstairs apart from the other three bedrooms, which are upstairs. The garden is fairly big and so is the living room (with two sofas and a tv). The location: It's five minutes walk to Bow Church DLR, 10 mins to Bow Road (H&C, District), buses to North London, East London and Central London within 5 mins, and a 15 mins walk to Victoria Park. The housemates: The other three girls are all in their twenties - one student in central London and two working. They are super nice and quiet.
